Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Factoring Business In China

With the prevalence of credit in trade activities,more and more enterprises use factoring and factoring is developing rapidly.Factoring is a comprehensive financial service,including business guarantee,discount financing,accounts receivable and account management.Factoring provides a great help to the development of enterprises.However,due to the late starting of factoring business in China,there is still a big gap between developed country and China.There are many problems need to be solved.Therefore,the study of the development of factoring business in China has a great practical significance.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the factors which influence the factoring business development level.On the basis of the empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the macro and micro problems in the development of Chinese factoring business,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The full text is divided into 5 parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the topic,and introduces the domestic and foreign literature related to factoring.The second part is the overview of factoring business and the situation at home and abroad.This part expounds the basic concept of factoring,the factoring and forfeiting,in order to strengthen the understanding of the factoring business.This part expounds the basic concept of factoring,compare the factoring and other similar concepts,in order to strengthen the understanding of the factoring business.It also introduces the origin and development of factoring business.The third part is the analysis of the factors which influence the development of Chinese factoring business.According to the above content,this part puts forward the basic hypothesis that affects the development level of factoring business.According to the hypothesis,we select 9 indicators as explanatory variables,and construct the econometric model with the depth index as the explanatory variables.The fourth part is the problems in the development of Chinese factoring business.This part points outthe problems existing in the development of Chinese factoring business from the macro and micro level.Issues related to that the legal system is not perfect,the credit system is not perfect,the domestic factoring business to carry out a single species and lack of factoring related personnel.This part provides the basis for follow-up study.The fifth part is the countermeasures for the development of Chinese factoring business.On the basis of the above analysis,in view of the factors that affect the development of Chinese factoring business and the problems which exist in Chinese factoring business,this part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Chinese factoring business from the macro and micro level.The proposals include the establishment of a sound legal system,the establishment of a sound credit system cooperation with insurance companies to increase the variety of factoring products and strengthen the training of factoring practitioners.
