At present,China is in the era of transition economy,enterprises are facing fierce external competition,dual innovation(exploratory innovation,exploitation innovation)is an inexhaustible motive force for the successful development of enterprises.From the macro point of view,the dual innovation promote the continuous development of social economy;from the micro perspective,the dual innovation is the core competitiveness of enterprises and the most important factors in long-term development,Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of enterprise innovation,and to expand the existing research on the innovation and development of enterprises.Although there are many research scholars at home and abroad concerning the motivations of innovation,most of them focus on the motivation of the innovation and other regard to the corporate performance,but the above research is generally carried out in the context of the market economy system,and China's enterprises are now facing the environment with many of its own characteristics: uneven distribution of resources,government intervention and so on.From the perspective of the basic theory of resources,resources are an important driving force for enterprise innovation,but at present our country's resources not only by the distribution of the market,but also by the government intervention,At the same time,China's existing market is not fully competitive market,many industries facing the intervention of the government besides,the fierce market competition make big influence on the development of the company,so the influence of the resource acquisition and market protection and innovation are this article's theme.This paper analyzes the mechanism of resource acquisition,market protection,innovation ability,exploratory innovation and exploitation innovation,and put the enterprise scale and enterprise profit as the control variable,then constructs the paper research framework.And check if regulatory effects exit between innovation ability,resource acquisition,exploration innovation,exploitation innovation;and check if regulatory effects exit between innovation ability,market protection,explorationinnovation,exploitation innovation.The paper draws the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between resource acquisition and exploratory innovation and exploitation innovation;(2)There is a significant negative correlation between market protection and exploratory innovation,exploitation innovation;(3)Innovative ability plays a positive role in resource acquisition and exploratory innovation and exploitation innovation;(4)Innovative ability plays a positive role in market protection and exploratory innovation and exploitation innovation.
