Study On The Influence Of Knowledge Transfer Of Innovation Network And Ambidextrous Innovation On Firm's Innovation Performance

In the economic transition period with economic and market environment frequent changing,a single enterprise is difficult to rely on their own resources to meet the needs of innovation,but an enterprise can use knowledge transfer to share knowledge with others for innovation.Ambidextrous innovation can integrate the knowledge resources to complete the marketization of products and services,and play an important role in knowledge transfer and enterprise innovation performance.The innovation as an important external environment of enterprise innovation,its network characteristics will have different effects on the ambidextrous innovation which has difference on acquisition and allocation of knowledge resources.Therefore,clearing the relationship between innovation network knowledge transfer,ambidextrous innovation and innovation network characteristics has far-reaching significance of promoting the innovation performance of enterprises.Based on summarizing and analyzing the related research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the connotation and process of knowledge transfer,connotation and matching relationship of ambidextrous innovation and the connotation of innovation performance,and divide the network characteristics,knowledge transfer,ambidextrous innovation and enterprise innovation performance.Secondly,this paper explores the relationship between knowledge transfer,dual innovation,innovation network and innovation performance,and this paper presents a relationship model for analyzing knowledge transfer and firm's innovation performance with ambidextrous innovation(exploration innovation and exploitation innovation)as the moderated mediator variable.Then,this paper verifies the research hypothesis by designing questionnaire,collecting data,and multiple regression analysis.Finally,we get the management inspiration to improve the innovation performance of enterprises,and look forward to the future research direction according to the results.It shows that:(1)Knowledge transfer has significant positive effects on exploration innovation and exploitation innovation;(2)Knowledge transfer has significant positive effects on firm's innovation performance;(3)Both exploration innovation and exploitation innovation have significant positive effects on firm's innovation performance,and the balance betweenexploration innovation and exploitation innovation is more beneficial in promoting firm's innovation performance;Both exploration innovation and exploitation innovation play a partly intermediary role between knowledge transfer and firm's innovation performance.(5)Different network characteristics play a different moderate role in the relationship between ambidextrous innovation and innovation performance.Network density and difference have a positive moderating effect on the link of exploration innovation and firm's innovation performance,and have a negative moderating effect on the link of exploitation innovation and firm's innovation performance.Network centralization has a negative moderating effect on the link of exploration innovation and firm's innovation performance,have a positive moderating effect on the link of exploitation innovation and firm's innovation performance.The moderate role of network link strength is false.
