Research On Foreign Exchange Risk Management Of ZD Juice Company

Since the 2008 financial crisis,the RMB exchange rate has shown a greater degree of volatility.With the deepening of the RMB interest rate market,promote the internationalization of the RMB and RMB in 2016 formally joined the SDR and a series of events,brought a lot of uncertainty factors of the fluctuation of foreign exchange rate for China's import and export business.As foreign exchange enterprises in China adopt foreign currency pricing,the change of exchange rate brings foreign exchange risk to enterprises.Nevertheless,most have import and export business to understand and manage the foreign exchange risk is still in the primary stage of passive acceptance,the lack of effective management and active coping,foreign exchange risk will not only make the import and export enterprise asset profits shrink,will enable enterprises to greatly reduced the value of.Therefore,how to guard against foreign exchange risk and how to strengthen the management of foreign exchange risk have become the key problems that enterprises must face.In this paper,ZD juice company in Shandong province is taken as the object of study.The purpose of this study is to reduce the foreign exchange risk of ZD juice company and achieve optimal management.First of all,the domestic and foreign research trends and the theory of "foreign exchange risk","foreign exchange risk management" and "diversification risk" are expounded.Secondly,to identify and evaluate the related theory and method of field survey,the basic situation and the economic risk of ZD juice company conversion risk and transaction risk,and through the investigation to find out the ZD juice company organization is not perfect,the lack of a single method,risk assessment system and other issues in the foreign exchange risk management.Again,based on the foreign exchange risk evaluation target and principle,using AHP to construct the system of foreign exchange risk assessment ZD juice company,quantified and graded ZD juice company's foreign exchange risk,has the reference value to the company's decision.Finally,aiming at the problems and evaluation before the discovery of the results and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the foreign exchange risk ZD juice company from the methods,organization,monitoring and other aspects,has practical significance to ZD juice company and other similar foreign trade company daily foreign exchange risk management.
