The personal financial services of G Bank Heilongjiang branch was studied and investigated,the present development situation was analyzed and the conclusion of the product homogeneity,the lack of price competition advantage and so on were gotten.On the basis of the current operation of Heilongjiang branch of G Bank,the SWOT tool was used to analyze and compare the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages.The corresponding measures and suggestions were proposed.From the market segmentation,market target,market positioning etc.STP strategic marketing strategy was determined;The diverse and personized financial products optimization strategy were cultivated;According to the product life cycles and product categories,the financial products were differently priced strategy;the coverage of personal financial centers and other channel spread were put forward;Improving service quality is an important service marketing strategy;Customer management was optimized by founding and stabilizing the good quality customers.
