With the reform and opening,Chinese family enterprise developed quickly,has become the main force of Chinese private economy.It is a pity that most of family enterprises fail to improve management level,which has leaded to its competitiveness gradually weakened.In the 21 st century innovation has become the core power of enterprise development.People as the source of innovation also become the core of enterprise resources.If enterprises want to get sustainable development,they must improve human resource management level to enhance their comprehensive strength.A enterprise is a typical small and medium-sized family enterprise.It has obvious characteristics of family enterprises.The problems of its human resource management are closely related to its family nature.These problems have seriously influenced the development of A enterprise.In order to obtain sustainable development,A enterprise urgently needs to solve the problems existing in its human resource management.Based on the background of A enterprise,this paper carries out research on how to solve the problems of family enterprise human resource management.The first chapter includes the background,the significance,contents,methods and possible new ideas and deficiencies.New ideas mainly include the viewpoint innovation and practice innovation;deficiencies are mainly due to the insufficient analysis point of view,vision maybe affected by certain restrictions,in addition,the paper lacks for a detailed case study of countermeasures because of the limited data and writing time.The second chapter presents a review of the related concepts and theories used in this paper.The third chapter introduces the development of A enterprise,the general situation of its human resources,also analyzes its human resource management status.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems in recruit management,includes the weak basic work,lack of the later-stage management,important positions “nepotism”.Then the problems in training management,which contains partial human resources development,lack of scientific training system.Problems in incentive management are the unscientific incentive system and faulty salary and welfare system.The problems in performance management conclude the goal is not clear,the system is imperfect,the process lacks effective control.Then analyze the reasons for the problems of human resource management.In fifth chapter,about the problems in recruit management,theauthor puts forward the countermeasures for strengthening the recruitment basis and late management,also establishing the right concept of the talent.For problems in training management,the author proposes to set up the training concept of "paying equal attention to all employees",establish a scientific and rigorous training system strategy.About the problems in incentive management,the author’s countermeasures are building a scientific,reasonable,fair incentive system,and establishing a perfect compensation incentive system.For the problems in performance management,the author reckons the enterprise should make employees understand the purpose of performance management,establish perfect performance management system,strength the process control of performance management.In the sixth chapter the author summarizes the paper,also makes a prospect for the further research direction...
