Since the reform and opening-up, the privately operated economy has become the important strength in our national economy, and developed extremely rapidly. However, Family business, as the main army of the Chinese privately operated economy, because of the delayed management ideas, the extensive management ways and nonstandard management method, and so on, their further development has met very many difficulties. Along with the enterprise scale expansion, the question of the family business which exists in the human resource management method aspect is more and more prominent specially. Therefore, the research of human resource management pattern, to achieve high speed growth of our country economy and family business's continuous development, has the important practice significance.The article reviewed the production and development of the theory of human resource management briefly, introduced the main content of human resource management, summarized the challenge which it faces and the developmental tendency which it goes in the knowledge economic time. The paper defined the concept of family business again, analyzed advantages and disadvantages which family business has and induced the characteristic which our country family business had, reviewed and summarized the development course of family business in our country, emphatically introduced the development condition of family business at present, pointed out the problem of human resource management of family business in our country, for example, delayed idea, the low personnel quality , the weak staff stability , the lacking laborer social security and the devoid human resource strategy plan and so on, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure. Finally, researched and proposed some measures of human resource management in Blue Ridge Home Fashions, Inc.
