Research On China-Belarus Economic And Trade Cooperation Under The Belt And Road Initiative

In September 7,2013,President Xi Jinping proposed China Belt and Road Initiative strategy,this strategic concept is based on the history of the Silk Road,it is an important manifestation of the new period Chinese ?go out? strategy,the construction and development of it including Belarus,many countries concerned and actively participate in the strategy.China and Belarus formally established diplomatic relations in January 20,1992,in July 2013 the two countries established a comprehensive strategic partnership.In the economic and trade cooperation is an important part of Chinese "The Belt and Road construction",close cooperation The Belt and Road construction cannot do without the two countries in economic and trade areas.Therefore,has important significance and background of the "The Belt and Road Initiative" construction in trade and economic cooperation relationship.Based on the in-depth interpretation of connotation of ?The Belt and Road Initiative? strategy based on mutual investment from the current situation,bilateral trade status,economic complementarity between the two countries and other aspects of the realistic foundation in bilateral economic and trade cooperation,analysis of restricting factors in bilateral economic and trade relations of natural conditions,cultural differences,differences in economic structure and other aspects,in accordance with the "Five connections" from the perspective of background the Belt and Road Initiative construction,research policy and Belarus coordination,infrastructure,business environment,direct currency settlement,emotional and cultural exchanges,points out that "with the way will be strengthened in many aspects of the exchanges and cooperation between Belarus and China.This paper finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: the two countries will negotiate to sign the relevant documents,to promote the policy of communication;to connect the Belarus network infrastructure,promote theestablishment of China Unicom;negotiation of international free trade zone,to jointly build the Chinese-Belarus Industrial Park,and promote the smooth flow of trade;promote bilateral currency;enhance the affection and interest between the two peoples and promote the people connected.The two countries need to pay more attention to the construction and development of cooperation projects,such as the Chinee-Belarus Industrial Park,and fully develop the market space of Belarus.
