Research On Factors About Social Responsibility Fulfillment Of Foreign Enterprises In China

With the rapid development of economic globalization,social responsibility management is becoming the new trend of business management and gradually it plays an integral role.As the main carrier and bearers of global production and capital flowing.Not only multinational corporations bring capital,technology,corporate social responsibility to the host country,but also communicators advanced concepts.With the deepening of China's opening practice and the enhancement of the ability of foreign investment,how to fulfill corporate social responsibility becomes the new problem faced by China's opening.Therefore,research on factors about foreign companies fulfilling social responsibility becomes particularly important.The article compares,analyzes foreign companies in China fulfilling social responsibility,and analyzes the factors about foreign companies in China fulfilling social responsibility.The article regardes 30 transnational corporations in China of their sales revenue ranking in the 100 in the consecutive years between 2012 and 2014 as the research object.The article has empirical analysis about factors of foreign companies in China fulfilling their social responsibility.Empirical results show that foreign companies in China fulfilling social responsibility is positively correlated with business performance in China,firm size,institutional environment.Furthermore,there exists some relationship between fulfilling corporate social responsibility and the nature of business.For the empirical results,the article proposes some policy recommendations to enhance the social responsibility of foreign companies in China.The article provides references and empirical basis for relevant government departments developing appropriate mechanism for promoting foreign social responsibility.At the same time,the article gains some references and inspirations that foreign direct investment enterprises of China should pay attention to social responsibility in the process of going out.
