Family and school are the two most important factors that influence the growth of children.In ancient China there is "mengmusanqian" story,the purpose is to provide a better learning environment for children,now the school district room,each parents do their best to provide the best possible environment for children's education.Family housing conditions not only affect the children's living comfort and learning environment,but also affect the choice of educational resources related to housing.Since the reform of housing system in China,with the rapid increase of the market and the price of the housing distribution,the difference of the real estate market is gradually increasing.The teaching quality difference of location difference of housing is also enlarged,at present,China's implementation of fragmentation zoning,nearby enrollment policy,housing and teaching resources bundled together,although China's housing policy is gradually optimized,but there are still a lot of problems,such as unreasonable structure of supply and demand,high prices caused by the housing market is not fair,and so on.Therefore,this paper use the2014 Chinese education tracking survey data,differences in the effects of living conditions of learning achievement and health status of children,in order to analyze the effects of housing on the growth of children,the housing policy should consider how the healthy growth of children.In the process of research,firstly the evolution and current situation of China's housing policy to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the evolution process is divided into the period of planned economy stage,the housing system reform of the housing system of housing distribution stage,China's housing supply system,mainly including low rent housing,public rental housing,affordable housing,capped-price housing and commercial housing.In the process of research,divided into three samples of the national,urban and rural areas,respectively,using the ordinal regression method to analyze the impact of living conditions on the students' scores.Regression analysis of theinfluence of the living condition on the students' health level by using the Logit regression method.The results show that,on the national high school students,the better the community environment,housing conditions,the better living facilities,the more conducive to student achievement.But for rural students,the better living conditions,the more spacious living environment,but the less conducive to student learning,the results were not significant.In addition,the country's high school students,living in the county/District,the better the environment of the community,the better housing conditions,the better living facilities,the more conducive to the healthy growth of students.But for rural students,living in the county/District,the better the community environment,housing conditions better,but the more detrimental to the health of students,the results are not significant.The government should increase the city residential community infrastructure investment,improve the living environment,the good community types provide a healthy living environment for children;increase the young family housing support,improve the young family affordability,young families make a stable and suitable housing,the growth of children have a good environment.Specific requirements can be given by preferential credit and tax,improve the young family affordability;increase the old housing transformation efforts to increase the independent health facilities,reasonable use of construction resources,respect the cultural features of the city,the transformation of the old housing;intensify the construction of public rental housing security,young family housing conditions gradually build a perfect rental housing system;to accelerate the pace of new urbanization,rural family housing conditions;strengthen efforts to control housing prices,to prevent the occurrence of inter-generational effects and the Matthew effect.
