In the past few years,the sales of the department stores,supermarkets and electronic appliance retailers declined tremendously.However,with the rapid development of e-commerce,and penetrated into business field,the traditional commercial retail enterprises are increasingly caught in dilemma.From the concept of "Internet plus" introduced by Ma HuaTeng in 2013 to LiKeqaing proposed to make Internet plus strategy during the meeting of the 12th National People's Congress in 2015,in the four years,no matter the traditional enterprises or Internet,both of them got new development trend and transformation model.Suning Commerce Group as the country's largest retail company,is representative of China's chain Retail enterprises.Since 1990,Suning is always leading the development of business model.In this paper,we use the strategy of Suning Commerce Group as the research object,through a literature survey and case studies on the transformation process of Suning Commerce Group to analyze and sum up the experience and shortcoming,and learn how to make strategy in the fierce competitive online and offline market,so as to provide some references and suggestions for other commercial retail enterprises in "Internet plus" era.
