Competition in the emerging markets in our system, the enterprise development to a certain stage, when they usually choose to enter strategic transformation stage, the purpose is mostly to expand sales, increase profits, increase market share and enhance brand awareness and so on. SUNING Commerce appliance retail business from companies committed to the gradual transformation into a set of Internet, the store sales model in one of the O2O mode and diversified business model, its business scope mainly from a single appliance sales expanded to more sectors. SUNING Commerce reasons behind the strategic transformation in recent years, not only because of low profit margins appliance retail industry. From the strategic level to consider, based on the long-term development of enterprises, and gradually moved toward the technological transformation, strategic development objectives, is gradually with the international standards, leading home appliance industry’s future trends.SUNING Commerce providers must be behind in the strategic transformation of this powerful financial strategy as a support, the paper looks at SUNING Commerce’s strategic transformation model, through the analysis of its financial position to understand its true transformation motivation, goals, and results of the transformation, and hope that through SUNING Commerce’s analysis to draw some substantive recommendations for the strategic restructuring of enterprises to provide a reference.
