IT Project Team Executive Power Improvement Research

IT industry is a very challenging and creative industry.Its knowledge and technology intensive features distinct it from the traditional industry.People in IT companies usually work in the form of a project.As the main part of a project,project team's implementation capacity affect the project's success directly.In this paper,we first review the classical theory in project management and execution,analyze the influencing factors of IT project team's implementation capacity,and establish a system model to enhance the execution of IT project team,whose key are:psychology mode,leader ability,personnel allocation,tool application,process system collaboration and communication,monitoring and process control.Then we develop some specific measures to enhance the executive ability of the project team in CP company by applying this system model with CP company's practical situation.According to the process and results of this research,we draw the following conclusion:The system model can improving the IT project team execution and speed up the progress of the project,save project cost,enhance project quality,finally raise the project's success rate.The innovation of this paper is that we develop an execution system model based on the study of IT project team's implementation capacity.Not only using the four elements given by previous research,which contains attitude,tools,roles and procedure,we also add three other factors:leader's ability,communication and cooperation ability,supervision and examination to the system model to meat CP company's practical situation.The improved execution system model has raised the executive ability of project team in CP company dramatically,and therefore increased CP company's project success rate.
