The risk of enterprises and investment is rising since global financial crisis. Bankrupt cases by huge losses failures happen every day, from where we can always find big impacts of bad internal control. In recent years, our economy develops, so as the living standard and tourism. With the great development of the tertiary industry in our country,the tourism industry has become a leader of the economy and strong domestic demand. As the largest part of tourism, hotel industry is the new bright spot of economic development in our country. Domestic hotel industry is developing rapidly, and in the meanwhile facing a big challenge. From 2014 year statistical bulletin of star-rated hotels in China, we can see the hospitality industry lost significantly. People worry about their business and competitive pressure is increasing.As the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis caused the bad international economic situation,our economic growth is slow down. With inflation and price level up, labor costs are rising,which enlarge the risk of hotel management. Most of hotels are being managed by traditional extensive management mode adopted by enterprises. The key of hotel industry development and growth is improving hotel their business management. And this could be done by the establishment and implementation of internal control system.After reading a number of articles about hotel internal control,on-site investigating Hainan T Hotel, and collecting internal control references from hotel management, based on COSO internal control framework, I analyzed the development status of internal control of Hainan T hotel. Raised some optimization suggestions according to discovery deficiency,expecting establishing and providing experiences for China enterprise internal control system, promoting the improvement of hotel management, preventing enterprise internal risk alert and fixing bugs.Five Chapters.Chapter ? Introduction. Introductions of backgroud of choosing hotel internal control analysis, the meaning of this abstract. Summary of analysis theory from current scholars at home and abroad. After research, it was found that there were misunderstanding on hotel internal control system, bad awareness of risk management, monitoring system need to be improved, blind spot of internal control framework management.Chapter ?, mainly introduction of present status of China Hotels, changes and development of business status,misconception of China Hotel enterprise on internal control, unsound system, poor risk prevention consciousness, invalid implementation, poor supervision, unimproved supervision system, blind spot of internal control framework, thus China Hotel enterprise must establish internal control system.Chapter ?, Based on the COSO internal control framework theory, analyze the present situation and existing problems of Hainan T Hotel, one of the more obvious problems of Hainan t Hotel is that it does not have a system of internal control self-assessment and monitoring system needs to be improved.Chapter ?, According to Hainan T Hotel's existing problems, based on the COSO internal control framework theory, put forward the corresponding improvement measures.Chapter ?, the conclusion, the establishment of Hotel enterprise internal control system was not easy,it varies with the rapid development of China hotel industry and internal environment changes.
