With the acceleration of agricultural modernization,the application of advanced agricultural technology in agricultural production is increasing gradually.The popularization and application of modern agricultural technology has promoted the optimization and upgrading of agricultural production mode,and limited the land to maximize its value and realize the Pareto optimality.Under the background of increasing demand and application of new agricultural technology,the demand for new agricultural technology communicators and agricultural extension service personnel is also increasing.The service level and professional quality of agricultural technical extension personnel have become the key factors for the dissemination and application of advanced agricultural technology to farmers.Research and analysis of agricultural extension workers,improve the working enthusiasm of agricultural extension staff,promote the popularization and application of agricultural technology,improve the yield and quality of crops fundamentally;is conducive to deepening Minhou County Agricultural Science and technology degree in agricultural technology promotion process,improve the efficiency of the extension of agricultural technology and farmers' production efficiency.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for the government to formulate agricultural technology extension policies.In this paper,using the method of literature survey,questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to serve the promotion of agricultural technology at home and abroad related research results are summarized;Minhou County Agricultural Technology Extension Service personnel team construction and job satisfaction were investigated;and the basic concept of agricultural technology promotion personnel and human capital,Maslow's hierarchy of needs and other basic theory are summarized,the basis for the full text research content.The conclusions are as follows:1?There are many problems such as serious imbalance between male and female,lack of innovation ability,unbalanced professional development and weak experience and knowledge in Minhou agricultural extension service.The job satisfaction evaluation of agricultural extension service staff is between "unsatisfied" and "relatively satisfactory",and the degree of satisfaction is low.2?Farmers' satisfaction with agricultural extension service is still at a low level,and the proportion of farmers is not satisfied with 44%.Fuzzy evaluation results show that the overall performance of agricultural extension service personnel in Minhou County has just been qualified,and there are still many deficiencies and need to continue to improve.3?On the basis of Maslow's demand theory,this paper constructs the incentive mechanism framework including 4 aspects:salary incentive,spiritual motivation,Growth Incentive and guarantee system incentive.In order to improve the enthusiasm of agricultural extension service personnel in Minhou County,so as to improve the efficiency of agricultural technology promotion.Therefore,improving the enthusiasm of agricultural extension workers and the overall quality of agricultural extension staff is the focus of agricultural extension work.
