Research On Financing Model Of Accounts Receivable Of SMs Enterprises Participating In Core Enterprises

Banks and other financing institutions with the supply chain core enterprises,to carry out supply chain financial business,to alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs played a positive role.If the loan business is collateralized,the bank will take a huge risk,and the participation of the core enterprise will transfer the investment risk part of the bank to the core enterprise,reduce the risk of the bank,the member enterprise Will also be more easy to obtain loans which is conducive to the overall development of the supply chain,will eventually benefit the majority of small and medium enterprises,but also conducive to the core business of their own interests,which has made three win-win situation.This paper first introduces the research status of supply chain accounts receivable,explains the existing problems of accounts receivable model,further combs the relevant theoretical basis and method of supply chain finance,and clarifies the significance of topic selection.On this basis,we choose the Stackelberg game analysis method,and analyze the benefit game between the enterprise and the bank by modeling the traditional accounts receivable model.Then we use the Stackelberg game to establish the two-game model between the bank,the member enterprise and the core enterprise,and obtain the equilibrium condition of the parties through the reverse solution respectively,reveal the correlation between the bank loan rate and the corporate compliance rate And then put forward the new bank expected return model and design the tripartite financing process through the joint game model of bank,member enterprise and core enterprise.Finally,a numerical example is given to demonstrate that the three-party game model is more conducive to financing than the original accounts receivable financing model,and scientifically analyzes the role of the core enterprises.This paper shows that through the enterprise supply chain,especially the core enterprises to join and participate in the financing played an important role in the new accounts receivable financing model,can improve the SME accounts receivable financing rate,and make SME's dishonesty has also improved.
