Accounts Receivable Financing In Supply Chain Financing Based On Internet Environment

Based on the rapidly supply chain financial development of accounts receivable financing,local governments develop the Internet accounts receivable creditor's rights transfer platform in order to standardize the management of account receivable creditor's rights.The platform equals for accounts receivable creditor's rights,and then pledge of creditor's rights of mobility management and the public.It also introduces the guarantee company to guarantee for SMEs,providing third-party credit.The step effectively relieves SMEs' insufficient fund caused by too much internal accounts receivables,ensures the fine operation and development of supply chain,and provides a new business growth model for bank.This paper,based on the above background,clarifies the supply chain finance,accounts receivable financing,Internet accounts receivable creditor's rights transfer and some related concepts.From the angle of the bank,we set up accounts receivable financing credit risk evaluation system under the background of Internet accounts receivable creditor's rights transfer platform,and evaluate the introduction of case based on ANP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.And then,we set up the asymmetric information dynamic game model between the supply chain enterprises and banks.This paper analyzes the optimal decision of supply chain enterprises and banks and the factors that affect the decision-making behavior based on the complete information dynamic game.And this paper discusses the probability of supply chain enterprises to select the probability of supply chain financing application range based on and the asymmetric information static game analyzes the factors to affect the game player behavior.Later on,we study the impact of modify the prior probability from financial environment in the signaling game.This paper is to provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for credit risk assessment and financing decisions of supply chain finance accounts receivable financing under the environment of Internet financial supply chain enterprises andbanks.
