Whole-process Tracking Audit's Application Research In Z Project

with the development of our country's economic,changes happened in the investment system,the traditional planned economy mode of highly centralized management mode was gradually change to market management model.But most of the construction projects are audited by Traditional way of post audit,the audit work efficiency is low,Traditional way of post audit generally only audit construction stage and completion settlement stage,Information feedback has the time lag and there is a certain audit blind area and audit results are often not very ideal.Whole-process tracking audit is gradually applied to the engineering project construction through constant exploration.at the same time,internal auditors communicate with all the participants actively,get the audit information accurately and timely and make the right audit evaluates,making outstanding contributions to the construction projects.This paper reviews the foreign and domestic research of tracking audit,analyze the using situation of the whole-process tracking audit in Z construction project,find out the problems and possible risks.Using the method of SWOT to tracking audit implementation for deep analysis and try to build a company project whole-process tracking audit system,explaining the function,model,implementation principle of follow-up in detail,introducing the audit departments' setting and function orientation,narrate main tracking audit work contents in different steps of the project.This paper wants to provide good reference for future project audit through the research of the Z construction project and the system of the whole-process tracking audit,define the function orientation of auditors rectify audit procedures and specific auditing work,improve the audit quality,promote the project's goal and audit's goal come true.
