| In recent ye ar s,the country has vigor ously developed rail t ransit construction and a large amount of capi tal has been invested in the construction of rail transit.As a result,the construction of rail t ransit has developed rapidly.Howeve r,for rail transit construction projects,the l ong construct ion period and the complicated constructi on process are its di stinctive feat ures.There fore,a seri es of problems such as non-com pliance of proce dures often aris e during the constructi on process.This requires a new model to control t he construction cos t of rai l transi t and discover and solve a series of problems in the construction process of rail trans it project s.Im prove the l egiti macy and effici ency of rail transit project construction.Tracking and auditing of rail transit construction projects came i nto being.The i mplement ati on of follow-up audit can effectively gua rantee the compliance and l egality of t he proce dure,effectively guarantee t he legal and rea sonable use of funds,and can effectively control the construction cost of the project,t hereby enhanci ng the management level of t he construction unit and prom oting project managem ent.Im prove investment efficiency.This article mainly narra tes from six aspects: the fi rst part is about the introduction part,m ainl y divides into the resea rch background,the goa l and the significance,the domestic and foreign research literature summary,as well as the res earc h content,t he researc h m ethod and t he i nnovati on point;the second part is the theoretica l basis of t he paper,including Follow-up auditi ng,constructi on project managem ent and other theori es;the thi rd part is a case analys is of the track audi t of the subway project in S city.Firstly,t he basic situation of the project is out lined,and then it is divided into three stages: the earl y s tage,the constructi on phase,and t he com plet ion s ett lem ent(account ing)stage.The problems identified in the fol low-up audit of the S s ubway project are described.Fi nall y,the causes of the problems are analyzed;the fourth part is P roposed a s olution to the probl em,that is,a control plan for the follow-up audit of the subway project in S city.The fifth part proposes safeguard measures for solutions to problems.The sixth part i s the final summary and prospect of this study.This paper combines the author's practical experience in t he follow-up audit of s ubway construction projects in S city,integr ates theory with practice,and analyze s the problemsfound in follow-up audits of metro construction proj ects in S city,analyze s the causes,proposes control solutions and safeguard measures for s olving the problems,and from t racking The good s olutions obtained in the audit results will guide t he follow-up audit and construction of s ubway projects on other lines in S city.In addition,to help im prove the project management level of construction units,and to reduce construction costs on t he prem ise of ensuring project quality,this has grea t practical significa nce for improving the project's compliance,economy,and efficiency.It is hoped that thi s paper will have a certain role in promoting the follow-up audit of ot her lines in the future of S-ci ty subway,and provide refe rence for other similar companies t o i mplement follow-up audit control. |
