Our country is at an important stage of the economical development,the financial risk involved become more and more complex,and the existence of corporate financial risk will seriously restrict the long-term development of the enterprise,analysis and evaluation of the financial risk has become one of the key research topics.In the financial field.As one of the main industries of our national economy,urban construction enterprises have been developing rapidly under the premise of increasing investment in infrastructure.However,the good development opportunity is often accompanied by a huge challenge,the urban construction enterprise itself big investment scale,strong liquidity,long production cycle characteristics of the industry and the market operation mechanism,the imperfect social security system is composed of the construction of enterprise financial risk.Therefore,it is of practical value and practical significance to study the financial risk of urban construction enterprises.In this paper,BS urban construction company as the research object.First of all,on the basis of investigation and research,combing the relevant research results of financial risk management.Secondly,based on the theory of financial risk management,based on the financial statements of BS construction company in the past three years,this paper uses the method of comparative analysis to identify the financial risk of the company,and analyzes the causes of the financial risk.Again,the evaluation of BS construction company's financial risk,including the use of AHP to determine the weight of financial risk evaluation index,and the financial risk evaluation index of treatment using the efficacy coefficient method,so that the company's financial risk evaluation results.Finally,in view of the financial risk evaluation results put forward the risk control measures of BS construction company system level and technical level;BS construction company not only concerned about the current financial risk,more long-term financial risk concerns the company may face,through the perfect system of financial risk,financial risk control to strengthen the key areas and key links,to to reduce the risk,the advantage in the competition,the pursuit of sustainable development.
