Research On The Evaluation Of Capital Operation Efficiency Of FH Heating Company

Efficiency is the core of economics.In the process of capital operation,the efficiency of the enterprise funds for the relevant investment is effectively configured,whether to achieve effective production boundaries,market competitiveness,input and output capacity and sustainable development capacity of a comprehensive embodiment.In this paper,FH heating company as the research object,its fund operation efficiency analysis and evaluation,aims to improve the efficiency of FH heating companies to provide scientific and effective theoretical and methodological support.This paper reviews the relevant literatures of domestic,foreign fund operation and management from two aspects: theoretical research and applied research,discusses the relationship between the relevant theory,the company's capital operation and management,and compares the evaluation methods,selection basis of fund operation efficiency.Based on the theory of fund operation theory,efficiency theory and efficiency evaluation method,this paper introduces the production and operation of FH heating company,analyzes the source of funds and the composition of the project,the characteristics of fund operation,the current situation of operation and the existing problems.Then,Based on the principle of model selection,the total cost,the balance of average current assets,the net value of fixed assets,the value of coal consumption and the input of labor force are taken as input index,operating income,And the total assets turnover rate as the output index,and the efficiency of the index data after the pretreatment of the efficiency measure;Finally,based on the efficiency evaluation results,without changing the company's existing funds on the basis of operational models,put forward a targeted,constructive countermeasures.
