Analysis Of The Influence Of Tariff Reduction In China,Japan And Korea On China's Agricultural Trade

From 2012,China,Japan and South Korea were beginning the negotiations about the FTA,which has been not only unfinished,but also encountered a very difficult situation.By January 9,2017,China,Japan and South Korea's FTA negotiations have been carried out to the round 11,besides the goods and trade,financial,communications and natural people's movement were also involved.However,the most important part was still to make negotiations on tariff reduction of import and export goods.Because of agricultural products' unique characteristics and special status in China,it requires more initiative for China to gain in the trade of agricultural products' trade,to develop the most conducive policy to China's tariff,which could not only protect the development of the industry of agricultural products in our country,but also contribute to the industrial complementation between China,Japan and South Korea,and then to promote the maximum benefits of the value of the region,and the coordinated development of Japan and South Korea.Tariff reduction was a very important part in the FTA negotiation between China,Japan and South Korea,and a sensitive part in agricultural products' trade as well.How to coordinate the customs' import and export trade to produce the maximum benefit has become an important part of the trilateral negotiations.In order to ensure negotiations to carry out better,and maximize our interests,we made an analysis of the impact of tariff reduction between the assignment of the trade of agricultural products,as a support for the negotiation of agricultural products in China,Japan and South Korea.Based on our current agricultural products' trade tariff situation,this article made a brief analysis,which let us have a further understanding on the tariff reduction on China's current situation before making policy;and then it introduced the general condition of bilateral trade in China,Japan,and South Korea's customs tax base and off tax level.Respectively comparing China,Japan and South Korea's agricultural products' tariffs found out the characteristics of each country,and the Agricultural Products Tariff base;After that,we performed RCA index of agricultural products,using the method of product space to calculate every kind of agricultural product density,analyzed the import and export tariff according to the density and the level of Taxation,to get the conclusion whether we should carry out the tariff concessions,with the purpose of guaranteeing products in the import of domestic related industries wouldnot be impacted,and at the time of export could not only ensure the momentum of the domestic market,but also drive the development of related industries.In view of the various types of products above,we made analysis for tariff reduction,as a basis for China's agricultural products trade negotiations,to make sure that our country in the trade of agricultural products could get the maximum benefit,improve the level of the national economy,and ensure the most fundamental interests of the majority of farmers.
