| With the development of China’s economy,the financial also entered the shift period.the low growth of fiscal revenue and financial expenditure rigid enhancement are the New economic state;At this stage,to promote the supply of public goods and promote the use of PPP model has become a new way to adapt to the new initiative.The PPP model is served as an innovative model for the provision of public goods and services by government and social capital.It can alleviate financing pressure to a large extent and maintain economic growth.Although PPP is not a traditional financing model,it has many problems from the process of promoting,and financing is still a key link to promote PPP.So to actively innovative financing methods,to solve the financing problem,to accelerate the advance of PPP project have important significance.Although the PPP model has been widely used in foreign countries,this model has just started in China.how to design a reasonable way to finance the PPP model which applied to infrastructure construction is still lacking relevant research.This paper uses H village bridge and tunnel project as an example to carry out financing innovation research,offering similar reference to the infrastructure project financing channel expansion and financing structure design.This paper first puts forward the question,explaining the research background,and the research significance,and the theoretical foundation.Then introduces the PPP project of the H village bridge tunnel,introducing the basic project information.On the basis,taking the H village bridge and tunnel project as an example,this paper introduces the participants and analyzes their requirements,then analyzes the constraints of the project financing mode and the characteristics of the project,and designs the financing plan;Finally,the paper from the macro and micro angles puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the innovation and development of PPP mode financing model in China. |
