Since the end of the 20 th century,the Chinese economy has experienced a long period of rapid growth.From the perspective of the driving force and components of economic growth,SMEs as a private sector play an important role in promoting economic growth.SMEs play a key role in the healthy development of China's economy.However,the difficulty of venture capital financing has become the biggest obstacle to the further development of Chinese entrepreneurial companies.This article takes A company as the research object,through the field investigation of the assets and management status of A company,on the basis of a large number of literature research,The case analysis method is adopted to analyze the financing status of A company,including financing channels and financing methods,to find out the problems existing in the financing of A company,such as the unbalanced financing structure and the financing channels to be improved.On this basis,the reasons for the formation of the problem are analyzed,and the following factors are found: excessive reliance on internal funds,management bias and vulnerability in management,excessive access requirements in capital market and bond market,and other related factors.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward for the innovation of entrepreneurial financing mode,such as increasing support for venture capital,cultivating and improving big capital market,accelerating venture capital development and increasing bank's support for start-ups.This research has found the direction for A company to solve the current capital chain problem,and has some reference significance for other SMEs in the early stage of start-up business.
