Along with the progress of science and technology and the challenge of the market demand,the traditional large-scale,large-order production is not able to meet the development of modern society any more.Flexible manufacturing system(FMS),one of suitable ways to solve the existing production problems,has gradually become the mainstream of the transformation of production.An important factor that influences efficiency of FMS is the choice of logistics strategy.Because of the restriction of various conditions,manual station is still the important part of FMS during the transformation process of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.It is important to study the logistics strategy of FMS with strong stickability and finding a reasonable way to ensure stable operation of system.This thesis studies how to model the FMS with strong stickability using object-oriented colored Petri net to obtain a generalized logistics strategy with the expectation of reducing manual station' s influence on FMS and improving the overall system efficiency.In order to study the logistics strategy of a FMS with strong stickability,first,this paper intro-duces the modeling tool called object-oriented colored Petri net and manual-FMS.Then,FMS with strong stickability is modeled using the idea of object-oriented and manual station is considered in particular via the means of decomposing the complex system into a subclass object and then make a comprehensive integration.Secondly,this thesis develops a simulation system by mapping the nodes of Petri net such as place and transition into the simulation program and use the message library realize the commu-nication between the child object.The simulation platform is verified using the actual production data to guarantee its availability as a research tool of studying logistics strategy.Finally,this thesis uses verified simulation platform as a research tool to study the generalized logistics strategy.Based on the actual production background,we present a reasonable optimization method of logistics strategy.Additionally,the rules of reducing restriction enforced by manual station are proposed using the upper bound time.Some results shown above have been applied to the real engineering project.
