Based on the research of human resource value evaluation method and real option theory at home and abroad,According to the traditional two human resources value assessment method,as the discounted future earnings technique determines the value of future earnings generated by human resources and the real option method determines implied real option value in human resources.I innovate to build BS-D model.These two approaches provide a solid methodological basis for the valuation of human resources.This paper has six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper describes the research background and significance and literature review,and pointed out the innovation and the deficiency of this article.The second part summarizes the relevant theories of human resource value assessment.This paper studies the basic problems of human resources,clarifies the definition,characteristics and influencing factors of human resources.At the same time,based on the theory of human resource value evaluation,it mainly introduces the premise and theoretical basis of human resource value evaluation.The third part analyzes the current situation,characteristics and trend of the evaluation of human resource value,which leads to the creation of future revenue discount theory and real option evaluation theory.The fourth part constructs BS-D model to evaluate the value of human resources and design the program.This part analyzes the feasibility of BS-D model applied to the evaluation of human resource value,constructs the option pricing model and explains the relevant parameters.It is also the innovation of this paper.The fifth part is based on the previous part of the empirical test,through the case of Lian Fa Textile Co.,Ltd.to prove the BS-D model of the rationality and operability.The sixth part is the conclusion of the study.The results of the BS-D model are compared with the traditional results of the future discount method,and the reason of the difference is analyzed.Then summarize the advantages of the BS-D pricing model.Based on the previous scholars' theory and application research on real option law,this paper improves the existing real option model and evaluates the value of human resources in combination with the discounted future earnings Technique,which is of great significance to explore the value of investment of human resources.At the end of this paper,the application of BS-D model in enterprise value evaluation is summarized and some suggestions are put forward in order to further improve BS-D model and popularize it in asset evaluation practice.
