The knowledge economic is popular in the whole world in recent years, compared with the material resource, human resource has been a very important manufacture factor and playing a more and more significant roles in the economic activities. With the reform and open policy, flows of human resource become more and more frequently, which rises a higher request for the evaluation to human resources. It is also a new subject for the ascending assets valuation industry of our country to evaluate human resources. When enterprise property varies, the research of human resource evaluation methods is nearly blank, which makes the value of human resources not get good embody. The problem above not only makes people blind to the value of human resource, but also brings loss of it. The evaluation of human resource has become a practical problem to be solved immediately in our country.The main purpose of this paper is to try to analyze all kinds of human resource evaluation methods to enrich the human resource evaluation theory of our country, to improve the evaluation methods on human resource and to provide theoretical instruction, based on human resource evaluation practice.Based on the introduction and appraisal of related references, some works are finished in this paper: firstly, the necessary and feasibility of human resource evaluation is analyzed in theoretical view. The point that whether enterprise or individual needs to evaluate the value of the people when he flows is provided; secondly, through comparison and analyze, the concept of human resource and related with it is introduced; thirdly, on the based of human resource deeply analyzed theory, the basic problem of human resource evaluation is studied; clarify the construction of human resource value; pointed out the precondition and the hypothesis of human resource evaluation, the evaluated objects are limited to the human resource in the enterprise, specify the particularity of human resource evaluation. Based on the theory, the monetary and non-monetary methods are introduced, and then give a comparison on all kinds of monetary evaluation methods.
