Analysis On The Efficiency Of Fixed Assets Investment In The Development Of Tourism Economy In Hainan

With the implementation of the strategy of Hainan International Tourism Island and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road,the tourism industry of Hainan Province rapid development,has become a pillar industry and tourism economy has a rapid growth.As one of the long-term assets of tourism,fixed assets investment has an important promoting effect on the tourism economy.As far as the efficiency of fixed assets investment in tourism is concerned,it is the first step to determine which industries belong to the category of Tourism.However,stripping the part of the tourism fixed assets of tourism related industries is the key to investment efficiency analysis;the existing literatures on these issues are rarely involved.For the in-depth study of the tourism industry in Hainan province the efficiency of fixed assets investment,the author made a response to the above problems,and in the hope of providing reference for promoting the sustainable development of tourism in Hainan province and the virtuous cycle of investment in fixed assets.First,this research defines the important concepts of tourism industry,the tourism industry fixed assets,fixed assets investment efficiency.Second,this research using the TSA method to calculate the coefficient of fixed assets of Hainan tourism industry.It is found that the structure of the fixed assets investment in Hainan tourism industry is unbalanced finally.Third,The correlation analysis and the time lag analysis of fixed assets investment and tourism income show that the correlation between the two is strong,and the lag period is about 1 year.Fourthly,the investment efficiency DEA model of was constructed.The results show thatin the past 2005-2011 years,the efficiency of Hainan's tourism investment in fixed assets has reached an effective level and the scale efficiency has remained unchanged,and in 2012-2015,the efficiency of investment is not effective,and the scale returns show a decreasing trend Finally,this research points out the problems of the fixed assets of tourism industry in Hainan Province,and puts forward some suggestions.The main innovations of this paper include the following two points:1.Using TSA method to build Hainan tourism production and consumption accounts and achieve a quantitative dissection of fixed assets in tourism.2.The data envelopment analysis method has been successfully applied in the efficiency of fixed assets investment in tourism industry.
