Research On The Application Of PPP Mode Of GZ Environmental Company

In 2015,China in the Boao Forum put forward the "The Belt and Road" great idea,its wide range of investment,involving railways,highways,energy,information,industrial parks and other major projects.In order to create a favorable economic environment and provide high quality public services,China should strengthen the investment and construction work of infrastructure equipment,solve the problem of fund raising and operation and management of infrastructure construction,and strengthen project risk management to reduce costs and increase revenue.But in the traditional sense,infrastructure investment requires the government to come forward to finance,responsible for public infrastructure construction and infrastructure operations management.The government's financial pressure is constantly increasing,is not enough to support the construction of the entire public service areas.In order to provide higher quality public goods and services,the Government should promote the use of diversified financing model to solve the problem of financing difficulties.How to solve the contradiction between increasing investment demand and financial pressure?(Public-Private Partnerships),to solve the problem of financing in the field of public services,to achieve diversification of investment subjects,to accelerate the basis of the United States,The construction of facilities,improve the performance level of infrastructure projects,reduce operational risks and improve the quality of public services.However,many private sector in China for the understanding of the PPP model is not deep,the enthusiasm of participation is not high,leading to the slow development of public services.The starting point of this paper is the private sector,its analysis of its participation in the PPP model of the mode of operation and access to the benefits,summed up its experience,make recommendations to improve the private sector and attract more private sect(or projects,to provide them with theoretical recommendations.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.The background,significance,purpose,content and method of the research are expounded,and the research status of PPP model at home and abroad is reviewed,and the innovation andcharacteristics of the research are drawn.The second chapter is related concepts and basic theory.This paper mainly explains the concept,core elements and function of PPP model,and expounds the theory of public goods,the theory of project differentiation and the theory of project financing.The third chapter mainly describes the current situation of the local government financing mode in Anhui Province,analyzes the theoretical feasibility and practical necessity of applying the PPP model to the sewage treatment industry,and points out the broad development prospect of the PPP project in the current policy environment.The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this article.This chapter focuses on the operation process of GZ environmental protection company in Anhui province,and analyzes the operation process of GZ environmental protection company from four aspects:market,finance,financing ability and social benefit by studying its operation process of PPP project.On this basis,Problems in PPP mode.In the fifth chapter,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve and promote the PPP mode of sewage treatment.Through the research,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the financing mode of PPP project from the perspective of enterprise and government,promote the application of PPP model in macroeconomic and micro enterprise development,reduce the financial burden of governments at all levels and enhance the participation of private enterprises in PPP Project initiative,and thus accelerate the process of urban infrastructure construction process.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research.
