Investigation And Analysis Of College Students' Satisfaction With Takaway Catering Platform

In recent years,take-away platform has been developed rapidly and is to be one of the most promising projects one in O2 O field due to the increase in the per capita disposable income of residents,the accelerated pace of working life,changes in people's dining habits and the deep combination of the Internet industry and other factors.However,there must be the hidden dangers in the exploratory take-away platform inevitably because of its rapid development.The takeaway platform In the exploratory period has been realized that the "price competition of the extensive competition" has brought many problems,just as food hygiene problem,the attitude of take-away distribution staff which are complaint by the consumers from time to time,which causing dissatisfaction of consumer.But consumer satisfaction is a key indicator to measure whether the a take-away platform could develop sustainably.This paper is to put forward the countermeasures to improve the consumer satisfaction of the takeaway platform and promote the takeaway platform industry develop healthily based on the perspective of consumers with analyzing the factors which affect the satisfaction of the takeaway platform.In this paper,we take a survey on the view of college student which have relatively high enthusiasm about the question on how to look at the take-off platform based the existence phenomenon of a variety of dissatisfy of take-away platform.We take pre-investigation and re-investigation methods to analyze the view of the colleges based the in the relevant literature combing and theoretical basis.Using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper takes the Nanchang college students as the target group to analyze Then we build the index system of college students' satisfaction to takeaway platform and carry on the descriptive statistical analysis and all kinds of tests to the survey data using the SPSSsoftware.What's more,we construct the factor analysis and Derived Importance analysis model to summarize the key factors of the influence on the students' satisfaction to the takeaway platform.Finally,the factor analysis results showed that the satisfaction level of students to takeaway food platform is general,There are three factors that influence the satisfaction: the factors that providing the quality of the goods,the service perception factors of the takeaway and the usability factors of the takeaway platform,the calculation results show that the platform is easy to use and have the highest satisfaction,but There are some unsatisfactory aspects in the satisfaction factors of the service perception factors of the takeaway and providing the quality of the goods;in addition,Derived Importance analysis model results show that Students are not satisfied with the main areas of food quality,distribution efficiency,privacy,security,and complaints handling speed,etc Therefore,through the analysis and discussion,in this paper,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving food quality and speeding up the delivery,we offer the recommendations about the improvement of the user experience feeling and the advice on how to enhance service quality.
