Research On The Financing Of Small And Micro Enterprises In The Context Of Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation

With the new situation about the slow growth of the development of our economy,public innovation is selected by the government as one of the most important engine to revitalize the economy.Most of the corporations are the early innovative programs and mini corporations,whose scales can be called as single sparks but with the immeasurable power.These corporations are the ways to solve the problem of economic downturn,the growth of unemployment and technological innovation.In 2014,for the first time,the Premier Li Keqiang stated in Summer Davos Forum that China would promote the economy with this public innovation,and tried to create a new situation that all people join in the innovation.With the lead of this new situation and high valued policy by the government,more excellent mini corporations will become the foundation and driving force of changing the economy of China and promoting the growth of economy in a healthy way.However,the early innovation programs together with the mini corporations,will face the problems of disadvantageous of financing etc.because of the limited scales,low credit ranking,less sufficiency of assets mortgage,fewer financing channels and less risk control.Disadvantageous financing for mini corporations is a historical problem which bothered the other countries as well.This essay will analyze the changes systematically for the mini corporations after following the policy of public innovation,and take BDA's research of mini corporations as an example to analysis the common problems during financing.Meanwhile,try to summarize the successful cases about mini corporations'financing by concluding the overseas and domestic research results.Together with the analysis of the policy of public innovation and creative financing mode,some suggestions and development ideas about financing policy,environment and ways of operating will be mentioned at the end of this essay.
