With the accelerated process of globalization,and being information and knowledge centered,the business environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complex.In the era of knowledge economy,employees have become the main body of organizational innovation and reform.The diversified and individualized creative thinking and innovative behavior of the employees will provide a source for the continuous innovation of the enterprise.Therefore,whether we can maximize employee motivation and achieve innovation performance is the key for enterprises to seize the initiative in the increasingly fierce market competition.As one of the core values of Chinese traditional culture,the doctrine of the mean has become a deep-rooted cultural value orientation of Chinese nation.It is the prominent superiority and the deepest cultural soft power of the Chinese nation which has integrated into the mentality of the people and the way of thinking.As a traditional thinking style of the Chinese nation,golden mean profoundly affects and guides Chinese people's behavior and rules of work,which provides a new perspective for studying how to motivate employees' innovative behavior.Based on social cognition theory and social exchange theory,this study analyzes the relationship and the mechanism between employees' golden-mean thinking,knowledge sharing,innovative behavior and team-member exchange.By combing a large number of documents,this paper puts forward and establishes a theoretical model.The empirical analysis is carried out with the effective samples of 268 employees,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)The golden-mean thinking of employees can significantly affect innovative behavior.Among them,the multi-thinking dimension has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior;the integration dimension has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior;the harmony dimension has no significant impact on innovative behavior.(2)The golden-mean thinking of employees can significantly affect knowledge sharing.Among them,the multi-thinking dimension has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing;the integration dimension has little influence on knowledge sharing;the harmony dimension has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing.(3)Knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between golden-mean thinking and innovative behavior.(4)Team-member exchange cannot significantly regulate the impact of golden-mean thinking on knowledge sharing.Based on the results of empirical research,this study proposes management suggestions to promote employee innovation behavior from two perspectives,that is,golden-mean thinking andknowledge sharing.Finally,the shortcomings of the research are summarized,and the future research prospect is put forward.
