Research On The Capacity Sharing And Sharing Platform Of Garment Manufacturing Industry

In the researches related to the textile&clothing industry development and the strategies and policies of supply side reforms.the transformation and upgrade are an important way to seek the outlet for the development of garment industry.Many solutions is not only pointing out the direction of the development of clothing manufacturing industry but giving a great challenge.This topic research was based on the current situation of Chinese clothing manufacturing industry.According to the situation of inventory capacity and the basic direction and the characteristics of industry development,combined with the powerful advantages of the Internet and related technologies in integration and utilization of resources,this paper discussed to explore the clothing manufacturing industry's huge resources and key elements to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the development.The research put forward a new production model for meeting the needs of individualized garments and rapidly changing which adapt to variety Styles with fewer quantity and quick turnover.It created and planned the synergetic production platform with sharing economy thoughts and the advantage of capacity.By describing and analyzing the mechanism of the function,module structure,operation flow of the platform,we proposed some feasible solutions according to the conclusion of the related researches.The first part of the research was the introduction,which mainly introduce the research background,purpose,method and significance of this subject,and abstract the innovation points,the expected results and the research status quo of this thesis.The second part discussed the concept of capacity cooperation and sharing platform,and put forward the important participants in the production cooperation in the service object analysis of the platform-the production unit,which define the participation of the utilization of idle resources and the cooperation of production capacity.The third part analyzed the necessity of building capacity sharing platform for garment manufacturing industry from the needs and feasibility of the platform,and analyzed the characteristics of the platform according to the characteristics and needs of capacity sharing.The fourth part was based on the platform function,focusing on the module structure of the platform and the key points in the design,and planning the operation of the platform for the entire platform designed for the blueprint.In the fifth part,in order to illustrate the innovative design and operability of the platform,the simulation was carried out on three platforms with three concrete practical cases,and the concept platform was evaluated by logical analysis and expert interview.Finally,this paper summarized the results and pointed out the shortcomings of the research.
