Research On The Effect Of OFDI Reverse Technology Spillover And Its Influencing Factors In Chinese Manufacturing Industry

In the theoretical research part,this article first covered theoretical background of technology spillovers of FDI in the reverse reviewed.Then,combined with the actual situation of foreign direct investment in the development of manufacturing industry in China,the author finds that technology spillover in FDI is an important way to improve the level of manufacturing technology.At the same time,the author analyzed the mechanism of Reverse Technology Spillover on technological progress,and the related mechanism of the important factors to influence the reverse technology spillover to further enhance the role of Reverse Technology Spillover on technological progress.In empirical research part,this article embarks from the Cobb-Douglas function,on the basis of reference LP model,using the relevant data of 1990-2015 in our country,to calculate the domestic research and development,the foreign direct investment,the introduction of foreign investment in the three paths for the influence of China's manufacturing technology progress.In this paper,from the home country and host country,transmission channels,the author puts forward five factors,as the independent variable affecting FDI in R&D and manufacturing capital structure model.It is found that when the stock of foreign direct investment for the development of 1% change,our country manufacturing total factor productivity change 0.0928%.While China's human capital was not significant in statistics.it is found that research and development of China's manufacturing capital,China degree of opening to the outside world,China's manufacturing output level,the host country technical development,the Chinese human capital stock and the stock of manufacturing foreign direct investment to obtain reverse technology overflow present positive correlation,and the effect is remarkable.According to the result of empirical test,from the choice of host country level,home country level and Transmission channel level,related suggestions are put forward.Enterprise shall make research to the host country,use a variety of ways to access to technology,and improve its technology absorption capacity and human capital stock.The government should increase the industrial cluster effect,perfect the intermediary service industry related to,develop enterprise standards in line with international standards,strengthen the support of domestic research & development activities,and establish a service platform for outwards enterprises.
