Research On Optimization Of Port Servicesupply-chain

The global shipping market is so complex and changeable that the competition between ports has gradually evolved from the port enterprise competition into the competition between supply-chain of port service.The service supply-chain of the port,takes the port as the core,with information technologies as tools,integrating the government regulatory agencies(Port Management Bureau,Marine Bureaus,Customs Bureau,and so on),customers and all kinds of service providers to deliver the right items at the right time,to the right place,and to realize the system cost minimization form of service supply-chain.Under the new situations,to make port services more competitive,the relevant industries need to change the operation model,the government regulators need to innovate the management mode.What’s more,having a thorough analysis about how to construct the port service supply-chain and putting forward complete innovation idea is a new way to survive under the situations.Therefore,the ports should cooperate with the various service providers,government regulators and take advantages of each other to provide customers with high quality services,which helps to realize the port service supply-chain operation efficiency and maintain an important guarantee for the stable development.As a core member of the service supply-chain,the port plays a vital role in the cooperation between members.Therefore,taking the port as the core,and having an in-depth research on optimization of port service supply-chain has a great theoretical value and practical significance.With the port as the research object,this paper discusses the port supply-chain service.Through reading the relevant literatures at home and abroad and participating in the research of topics about port supply-chain service,we finds that there are some vacancies in the current academic research field of service supply-chain of the port,so,this paper uses the method of value chain analysis,introduces the time window,has a collaboration analysis on the port and the various types of service providers and chooses the appropriate service providers to cooperate in order to obtain the lowest cost and the shortest time of the port service supply-chain.This research is to clarify the practical significance of enhancing the competitiveness of the port and customer satisfaction.This paper based on the domestic and foreign port service supply-chain research study review,introduces the port service supply-chain and value chain theory;secondly,the paper analyzes the value chain of the port service supply-chain,value chain system construction of port service supply-chain,the value chain analysis method to constitute the service supply-chain of the port and optimization analysis of importance;then establishes the optimizing model of service supply-chain port;finally,the paper takes Xiamen port as an example of empirical analysis of port service value chain system,uses Lingo software to solve the model,uses the data to prove that the model is effective.The optimization research on port service supply-chain is to help achieve the lowest port services supply-chain overall operating costs,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of ports and improve customer satisfaction goals,which also provides some valuable reference to relevant government supervision departments to explore management innovation.
