Reserch On The Selection Of Functional Service Suppliers In The Port Logistics Service Supply Chain

In response to the new challenges that modern port logistics more emphasises on integration, specialization and lean, the port enterprise begins to build the logistics service supply chain and seeks to implement integration of resources and ability through establishing strategic partnership with upstream and downstream logistics service supplier.Together. So the port enterprise can provide seamless programming port logistics services.However, the selection of functional service suppliers is the source problem in the process of building port logistics service supply chain, it is related to high-efficiency and harmony operation of all the whole port logistics service supply chain. Therefore, this article further studies functional service supplier selection problem of the port logistics service supply chain from the perspective of the core port enterprise.Firstly, through the analysis of the structure and existing operation model of the port logistics service supply chain, this paper puts forward the concept and features of port logistics service supply chain, which of operation model is the core of the port enterprise.Simultaneously, this paper defines its logistics services integrator and functional service supplier.Secondly, according to the indicator system design idea, this paper analyzes the influence factors of functional service supplier selection of port logistics service supply chain, which is from the partnership formation, strategic goals and cooperation risk aversion three aspects. Then this paper follows the principle of indicator system design and constructs comprehensive indicator system for functional service supplier selection of the port logistics service supply chain, which includes the five dimensions of finance,customer, internal processes, learning and development and the cooperation relationship.Again, considering that functional service suppliers selection indicator system of port enterprise includes a variety of data types, this paper constructs functional service supplier selection model on the basis of hybrid VIKOR method. This mehod can’t only avoid the information loss caused by data conversion, but also overcome the second uncertainty.Eventually, it can get the optimal compromise solution supplier.through the balance of thelargest group of satisfaction and individual regret degree.Finally, this paper verifies feasibility of building indicator system and selection model through combining the actual cases, and it provides objective and scientific reference basis for functional service suppliers selection of the port enterprise.
