With the rapid development of China's economy,energy and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.How to improve energy efficiency has drawn more and more people's attention.The study of energy efficiency can improve the utilization of energy,configure energy in a more reasonable and effective way,which is not only conducive to China's energy security,but also helps our country to establish a resource-saving,environment-friendly society.It has theoretical and practical significance.As a non parametric evaluation method,data envelopment analysis(DEA)model has been widely used in the efficiency evaluation of the power,energy and environment.This paper mainly focus on the filed of power,energy-environmental efficiency evaluation based on the DEA models.There are a total of six chapters.The first chapter mainly reviews the research status of DEA in the field of energy and environmental efficiency.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic definition and axioms of DEA and the basic theory in the field of energy and environment.The third chapter puts forward an improved fuzzy DEA model by introducing the optimal scheme whose efficiency value is set to unity in order to improve the discriminating power.And through the evaluation of black start schemes in the actual power system,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified,and comparisons are made with other methods.The calculated results agree well with the actual operation.It can provide reference for the power system and other related issues' effectiveness evaluation involving the fuzzy variables.In the fourth chapter,the energy-economy-environment(3E)efficiency index is constructed.The production possibility set is rectified.Based on the rectified production possible set,the radial and non radial 3E DEA models are constructed.The 3E efficiency of each decision making unit(DMU)can be obtained through the models.In order to measure the changes of 3E performance over time,the Malmquist 3E performance indicator is constructed then.The 3E DEA model and the Malmquist 3E performance indicator were used to evaluate the 3E performance and the change of 3E performance in 30 regions of China in 2010-2012.The results show that China's 3E efficiency is not high,but most of regions made progress in the 3E performance.In the fifth chapter,based on the improved data envelopment analysis(DEA)model,the ranking method based on the ideal scheme(TRIS)is proposed.Firstly,the new improved DEA model is constructed,and the efficiency of each DMU in the public weight of the new and old improved DEA models are calculated,and then the ranking indicator is constructed.By ranking the ranking indicator,we can get the ranking of the relative significance of each DMU.The method has the advantages of simple calculation,and it also overcomes the disadvantages that the different orders of DMUs are obtained if different infinities are selected.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an example.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and points out the further research prospects.The network DEA,the DEA models based on the big data and so on can be studied further in the future.
