Research Of The Enterprise Value Assessment Of Electric Power Listed Companies In China Based On Neural Network

In recent years,the international community has done a lot of research on the enterprise value evaluation,and actively promoted the development of asset appraisal.The electric power industry of our country has both the characteristics of state-owned enterprises,providing public products to the society,but also has special economic and technical characteristics of the industry,with the development of social economy and the deepening of reform,electric power enterprises must change the management idea and mode of development.It brings the new situation to change and requires electric power enterprises to assess the enterprise value,s improve value management,enhance the ability of value creation,explore the driving factors of value,realize the maximization of enterprise value.Therefore,it is of great significance to find a suitable method to evaluate the enterprise value objectively and accurately.Through literature review and data collection,this paper provides theoretical support for understanding the current situation of power industry and enterprise valuation model.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the background and significance of the research,and the research status of the enterprise value evaluation and the application of neural network model at home and abroad.On this basis,the second part introduces the theory of enterprise value and value evaluation.The main task of value evaluation is to define the type of enterprise value,through the presentation of each kind of value.Secondly,it introduces the method and theory model of enterprise value evaluation,and explores the enterprise value evaluation model.The third part is based on SWOT power enterprise value driven factor analysis and index system.SWOT is used to analyze the driving factors of the value of electric power enterprises,and the value evaluation index system is established.The fourth part is the construction and empirical analysis of the value evaluation model of the electric power enterprise,and the construction method based on the neural network model is described in detail.The fifth part is the research results and conclusions,as well as the shortcomings of this study,hope to be improved.This paper mainly from two aspects of innovation.First,the article by using SWOT analysis method to analysis enterprise value influence factor,and construct the index system for the power industry enterprise valuation,adding cash flow,capital cost and other factors;second,combine the neural network and EVA combination,construct the value evaluation model of enterprises,provides a new idea for forecasting method of the enterprise value evaluation model.
