Is located in the north of the motherland's natural savanna Hulun Buir grassland and Xilingol grassland is the important base of animal husbandry production in our country.Under the background of climate change,the grassland animal husbandry is vulnerability is particularly prominent,often loss is bigger,affect and even the whole country and social economy of Inner Mongolia grassland animal husbandry sustainable development.Climate change is not only impact on grassland animal husbandry,but affects the nomads of the closely related livelihoods and grassland ecosystem.Pastoral areas,weak infrastructure,farm household income is not stable,production conditions,make the herdsmen are less able to disaster relief.It is also a pastoral areas out of poverty is slow,one of the main reasons for the frequent Chinese.Based on Inner Mongolia typical savanes of Inner Mongolia Hulun Buir Xinbaerhuyouqi(hereinafter referred to as Xinyouqi)and meadow steppe in Xilingol Abagaqi(hereinafter referred to as the Aqi and Xilinhot city of the 216 households as the research object,combined with the survey data and historical meteorological data,analyzes and sums up the three research area over the past 20 years(1995-2015)of the main trend of climate change,surveyed households in the past 5 years,extreme weather risk perception,and since the new millennium climate was twenty The perception of the century in 90s,grassland ecological environment changes in the climate change perception,and established a multiple logistic regression model,analysis of the main influencing factors of the nomads' perception,and summarizes the surveyed households and the relevant government departments have taken the effect of climate change measures,according to the research results.Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
