A Study On Impact Analysis Of Animal Husbandry Development Based On Climate Change

Climate change is one of the biggest challenge which people face in the21th century, it has become the main task of governments to deal with a series of consequences caused by climate change, manage extreme events and climate change, promote the fitness of climate change. As the main body of the qing hai plateau, Tibet is one of the sensitive areas in reflecting the global climate change, either Weather and Climate Events, Vulnerability, Exposure or Disaster Risk is unique. Meanwhile, the culture and economic of Tibet is special, so it is a hot spot of research which is about international climate change and human response.The Tibet autonomous is one of the five biggest pastoral areas, animal husbandry is not only the main industry of economic development, and it is the foundation of local nomads surviving. In recent year, the impact of climate change on animal husbandry of Tibet is profound and lasting, how much on earth the influence by climate factors is. Most scholars analyze the influence of climate change on animal husbandry from a theoretical perspective, concentrated in the field of natural science, and few people deal with the problem through the empirical analysis. For this, the paper is based on economics theory, using super-logarithmic production function to analyze the relationship between climate change and the animal product yield by the16years date of Tibet’s climate and animal products from1995to2010, providing corresponding suggestions for the development of Tibet’s animal husbandry.The paper is constituted with four parts.First, tend analysis of climate factors and animal products in the Tibet autonomous. According to the date of the meteorological station and the statistical, analyze the change trend of climate factor and animal products(year from1995to2010). Apparently, there is a significant warming phenomenon, regional difference in rainfall changing is obvious. The synchronism between temperature and precipitation is week. Secondly, linear tend analysis of climate factors and animal products in the Tibet. By the16years dates of37county in Tibet, using tend estimate method, calculating the tendency rate of climate factors and animal products. The changing rate of main climate factors is increasing, the main meteorological factors increased volatility.The third, the analysis of impact on Tibet’s animal products by climate change. By constructing super logarithmic production function model, analyzing the influence of animal products by climate change, discussing the relationship in different areas of the Tibet. So, the influence on animal products by climate change is obvious, the rising of temperature has negative influence on main animal product output, increasing of precipitation has positive influence.At last, the paper provides suggestions for the development of animal husbandry in the Tibet. Seeking the cooperation from national and global levels to protect the ecological system of Tibetan plateau by slowing down the rate of climate change. Improving the input cost to prevent natural disasters, changing the mode of the production. Introducing high-quality talent to promote the development of animal husbandry in Tibet. Carrying out corresponding policy, calling for famers moderate grazing.
