The Analysis Of Dynamic Capabilities Of Regional Grid Enterprises

The enterprises are in a market of dynamics and uncertainties,where the static equilibrium formed in past circumstances is likely to be upset.In a dynamic environment,dynamic capabilities can help companies continually adjust,deepen,and rebuild themselves in order to maintain the advantage that is established for a long time.For the power grid enterprises,the external environment is undergoing profound changes.In a new environment,how to construct power grid enterprises' dynamic capabilities so as to adapt to the dynamic environment has become an important issue.This paper focuses on the development of dynamic capabilities of regional power grid enterprises.Firstly,the paper outlines the research status of dynamic capabilities and reviews the content of dynamic capabilities.Secondly,this paper analyzes the formation of regional power grid enterprises' dynamic capabilities,defines the concept of regional power grid enterprises' dynamic capabilities,and builds four dimensions of regional power grid enterprises' dynamic capabilities evaluation index system,including environmental awareness capabilities,technological flexibility capabilities,changing and renewal capabilities,and organizational flexibility capabilities.Finally,because the support vector machine has the advantages of versatility,robustness and effectiveness,this paper constructs dynamic capabilities evaluation model of regional power grid enterprises based on support vector machine regression.With the J power grid enterprise as the research object,this paper analyzes power grid enterprise's present situation and the trend of dynamic capabilities.The empirical study showed the level of dynamic capabilities in regional power grid enterprises differs broadly and is urgent to be improved.This paper establishes dynamic capabilities evaluation model for managers of power grid enterprises.The research results enrich and expand the study of dynamic capabilities evaluation in theory,and provide an effective reference for assessing the dynamic capabilities of regional power grid enterprises in practice.
