The Research On Calculation Of Regional Power Grid Investment Scale Based On Cuckoo Algorithm

Electric is basic energy which has an important relationship with economy,society and people's life.In recent years,with the growth of economy and the improvement of people's living standard.Energy consumption showed a sustained growth trend.In terms of supply,In order to achieve energy-saving emission reduction targets,we need to optimize the terminal energy structure.As a clean energy,the proportion of electric in the energy consumption will also be promoted.Electric consumption is closely related to the investment of power grid,and the construction of power grid must match with the growth of electricity consumption.So whether in the supply side or demand side of power supply,power grid investment activities is very important to the national economic and social development.In order to regulate the investment behavior of grid enterprises,we should research the theory and method of grid enterprise investment Scientifically,and It is very important to reduce the risk of investment decision-making and enhance the sustainable development of power grid enterprises.On the basis of reading a lot of literature,this article collects the influence factor of electric power grid investment from four aspects: the society,the economy,the environment,the electric power market,we summarize and analyze the influencing factors of the grid investment in all the references,excluding the factors which are not suitable for the development of modern economy,and add new influence factors according to the development of modern economy,the political development and the development trend of power grid.In the end,all the primary factors included in the primary factor set.After we determine the primary factor set,the key factors should be selected,That is to say,we should select those factors which has important influence on grid investment from the primary factors.In this paper,we select key factors through Grey correlation analysis method.Calculating the correlation degree of each factor and power grid investment in the primary factors,selecting six factors which has important influence on grid investment according to the size of the correlation degree,then six factors constitute the key factor set.The next step is to use support vector machine algorithm optimized by the cuckoo algorithm to forecasting key factors.After we get the forecast value of the key influencing factors,the GM(1.M)model was used to establish the model of power grid investment.Through the actual case study,it is proved that the accuracy of this method is improved very much compared with other methods.The accuracy of the results of this paper can be used for reference for the actual operation of power grid investment.
