Research On Modeling Of Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation And Strategy Decision Of Power Grid Enterprise

In the era of technology rapidly developed,strengthening the dominant position of technological innovation of enterprises is the main way to promote the development,focusing on the ability of technological innovation is not only the only way which must be passed now to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,but also is the soul of the enterprise to sustained and sound development.Power grid enterprises should focus on raising the level of technological innovation,relying on scientific and technological innovation to solve the key technical problems which occurred in the development of the enterprise,so as to improve enterprise competitiveness,which has profound significance to safely and stably operation the power grid.Therefore,based on combing the domestic and foreign technological innovation research,comprehensive consideration the effects of internal and external environment of power grid enterprises to construct the index system;and at the same time,combining with various methods of comprehensive evaluation and decision making theory of strategy and technology project of power grid enterprise technological innovation ability and decision research is a meaningful research topic,this paper mainly completed the following three aspects content:(1)Based on the relevant research on technology innovation,combined with the characteristics of power grid enterprises,this paper construct a hybrid power grid enterprise technological innovation ability evaluation index system,which using the method of qualitative and quantitative.The index system makes in-depth research and evaluation with the following five parts:capability of technological innovation input,capability of technological innovation output,basement of technological innovation support,diffusion capacity of technological innovation and environment using ability of technological innovation.And also,according to the result of questionnaire about technology projects of the Power Grid Corp,this paper established the level analysis index system of technology innovation development strategy,which including four first level indexes and fifteen second level indexes.(2)To solve the evaluation problem of technological innovation capability in power grid enterprise,firstly,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,with the human factors and some subjectivity in the evaluation process;And then,implement the method of cooperation game and cloud model,combined with qualitative index evaluation value given by experts and the conversion between quantitative and qualitative evaluation,forming their own cloud model.Finally,gets the final cloud model evaluation value,by using the weight obtained in the cooperative game.Then,applies it respectively in the case.(3)For the development of science and technology in power grid enterprise and the evaluation of technological innovation ability,after analyzing the disadvantages,opportunities and threats of technology innovation,this paper constructs an level index system of science and technology development strategy,based on the SWOT matrix.Firstly,building the advantage of compromise solution by using the principle of “group utility maximization and individual regret minimization”which combined the AHP weighting and VIKOR method,then,put forward the SWOT matrix strategic decision model based on AHP_VIKOR method.Owing to taking into account the subjective preference,this method can be more accurate to get the final decision;Secondly,building strategic decision-making model by using catastrophe theory,based on the type of mutation,normalization formula and basic principle,finally getting the strategic decision scheme which consistent with the results of the survey.Through the study on the evaluation of the technological innovation ability,the power grid enterprise can expediently analyzing the current technology innovation situation,which possessing important guiding significance to improve the level and promote the development of enterprise technology innovation.And also,will be propitious to grid enterprises to take strategy to enhance the level of technological innovation,but also have reference significance to other enterprises.
