Under the environment of electricity market, the price of transmission loss is an important part of transmission cost.Although there are many existing methods of transmission loss allocation, they have some disadvantages such as the simplicity of transaction model suited, the complicated calculation process and the unproved reasonability of these methods. In this paper,a method of network loss allocation based on Diakoptics is proposed,in which transmission loss can be allocated based on the actual use degree of each transmission line. The work is as follows:Firstly, this paper studies different models of electricity market transaction and the problems in the process of transmission loss allocation.By summarizing the typical electricity market operation models and transaction forms of electricity market, transactions in electricity market can be grasped from different dimensions.Combined with the actual development of Chinese electricity market, the research object of this paper is determined to be the physical transactions in wholesale competition market, that is,mixed pool/bilateral transactions.Considering the respective characteristics of different transaction models, the problems faced by network loss allocation under different transaction models are explored.Secondly, this paper proposes a network loss allocation method based on Diakoptics under the environment of mixed pool/bilateral transactions.Taking the 3-node network as example, the equivalence of different network splitting structures under the environment of mixed transactions is proved. In order to make the proposed method have engineering application value, this paper gives the network splitting principle which is suitable for mixed transactions using the graph theory. Finally, this paper presents the modeling of mixed pool/bilateral transactions and loss allocation method based on Diakoptics.Combined with the calculation process of network splitting, the power tracing method of mixed transaction is proposed.Based on this model, the loss allocation method and its algorithm flow chart for mixed pool/bilateral transactions are given. The reasonability of this method is proved by designing different experiments on IEEE-14 node standard network. The validity of this method can be proved by calculating on IEEE-118 node standard network.
