The Design And Development On Evaluation And Analysis System Of Benchmarking For State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company

Benchmarking refers to some established quantifiable indicators are compared with similar enterprises,through the index scores,to evaluate many aspects such as,management,production and benefit of enterprise,so as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,in order to promote enterprise development.Along with development of society and technology,and the improvment of management level of enterprises,the competition among enterprises are increasing,to survive in the fierce competition,we should fully understand the situation of the whole industry and our own advantages and disadvantages,and improve management level.Currently,the intra and external industry benchmarking has been gradually initiated among each kind of industry.However,there exists problems in practice with the expansion of benchmarking such as,insufficient informatization,low work efficiency,veracity and shareability of related data,.As well,benchmarking analysis methods are not uniform with lack of a professional diagnostic analysis platform,the analysis method is over simple and the level of benchmarking staff are uneven,which seriously restricts the overall level of diagnosis benchmarking analysis.Thus,it is necessary for us to adopt methods of informatizaion,to complete the data analysis of business indicators and production indicators more efficiently.So that establishing a benchmarking system is an effective solution to current situation and it is necessary to build up a benchmarking system for S Shanxi Province Electric Power Company.The purpose of the paper is to solve the above problems.We will set up the system by adopting the browser B/S four layer architecture based on the J2 EE technology in route design.During establishment of platform,Sotower platform will be utilized.For the realization of data transmission,we will make full use of HTML technology,Web service technology,SOAP protocol,message queuing technology,automatic acquisition,analysis and diagnosis model and dynamic report automatic generation the function of data.This paper will have two main parts including the evaluation and the analysis of criteria.Meanwhile,by using the normal distribution model and the five percentile method,we would like to fulfill the automation and intelligence of Shanxi Province Electric Power Company benchmarking management,improvement of work efficiency and management level of analysis ability through multi service perspective and multi-dimensional evaluation and professional analysis of the index and comprehensive index.
