| To improve the efficiency and the quality of power enterprises, the benchmarkinghave been introduced into power enterprises. Electric benchmarking and comprehensiveevaluation index methods was researched in this paper. First, the origin, developmentand principle of the benchmarking are presented. Then with electric benchmarkingrequirement, the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive index evaluationmethods in electric benchmarking are discussed. At last, the comprehensive indexevaluation methods in electric benchmarking is made, which offer theoretic support tothe work of electric Benchmarking. |
