China has been in-depth reform of the electric power system,and the characteristics of market-oriented in the power industry is becoming increasingly obvious,especially the new round of electricity reform program liberalized the sale side,and the formation of the electricity buyer's market has been further promoted.In the new electricity market,especially in the case of new power sales side has been opened,the power market is becoming increasingly competitive,in order to maintain economic efficiency in the fierce competition and achieve the corresponding benefits of growth.Power supply enterprises must abandon the concept of " Seller's market ",and improve their service level,set up and complete the new marketing system according to the customer-centered principle,set up the new marketing idea in the marketing service.At the same time,they need to do a better after-sale customer satisfaction survey,according to feedback from the customer feedback to improve their own work in the maintenance of customer satisfaction under the premise of effective measures to enhance customer satisfaction.Because of the new market system,only customer satisfaction will improve the customer loyalty,so as to ensure the power sales and business efficiency.In summary we can see that power supply enterprises need to pay attention to the evaluation of customer satisfaction,and then according to the results of the evaluation to adjust their marketing strategies.The purpose of this paper is to establish a scientific and efficient customer satisfaction rating system for power supply enterprises.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation of customer satisfaction research both at home and abroad,and introduces the theory of customer satisfaction systematically,which provides the theoretical foundation for the research of power customer satisfaction.According to the characteristics of electric power enterprises,the index system which is suitable for the evaluation of electric power customer satisfaction is established,and the meanings of the index is expounded.This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of power customer satisfaction,and uses the fruit fly algorithm to optimize the penalty function and kernel width parameters of the least squares support vector machine.Using the customer satisfaction data of Anhui power supply company as the test sample of the evaluation model,then evaluates F0A-LSSVM model using the data.Finally,the results show that the proposed model has a high evaluation accuracy,and it can be applied to the power supply enterprise customer satisfaction evaluation.According to the evaluation results of customer satisfaction evaluation of power supply enterprises,the corresponding measures are put forward for enterprises.
