In recent years,with the constant improvement of China's industrial level,the rise of the Internet of things,the automatic identification industry also got rapid development,with the dramatic changes in the automatic identification industry of domestic.To raise the level of domestic production in the past by the foreign product dominating the domestic market conditions have gone,automatic identification industry of domestic enterprises are also flowers,the level of technology and marketing.Based on the circumstances of the rapid development of Internet of things,SP company through these years of efforts,in the domestic industry occupies a place,but the development speed too fast,you didn't pay attention to in the development of marketing strategy planning and innovation,so this article will study the marketing strategy of SP companies.Although Internet market in the domestic development situation is very good,but in the face of market of high-speed growth,a large number of producers to enter,the industry as a whole is lower and lower profit,channel showed a trend of flat,all kinds of agent risk,low return,living conditions are worrying.In such industry competition environment,we pay attention to industry in technological changes,technology changes with each passing day at the same time,also found that the use of consumer habits,consumption habits and requirements are constantly changing.In such background,the development of the industry automatic identification industry enterprise is more research iot industry,the necessity of the marketing strategy of innovation.Will be based on the above problems,this paper put forward suitable for SP company marketing strategy innovation research.This paper first introduces the development of the Internet of things industry trends and future potential,then the market environment of SP company from macroscopic and microscopic two angles to do the analysis,the purpose is to find out of several factors affecting automatic identification products demand,thus automatic identification of in-depth analysis of the market development present situation and future development trend.Then focus on analysis of SP company in the domestic market development present situation and existing problems,and then through the analysis of the problem,according to SP company design the new marketing plan,and marketing planning in the new marketing executive.Finally,the paper puts forward the marketing strategy for SP company status on the implementation of related security measures.
