Study On M Company's International Logistics Development Strategy

This article starts from the present developing details of forwarder,referring to the applied theory of forwarder study,and analysis of enterprise strategy.First,PEST framework is used to analyze the outer environment of M International logistics company,we conclude that under"One Belt and One Road" and Economy recovery background,all the 3 aspects,market needs,product property and new logistics techniques are intriguing Chinese International logistics industry.Second,through analyzing the business detail,we deduct that M company has very clear organization logic and is taped with Group's feature,as dealing with its large amount of goods transportation business.Then,the article introduces the operational capacity of company,using 5-forces model to show its industy environment.The result is that this industry has low entry barrier,strong attraction and competition.About further analysis,SWOT model is applied to find company ' s advantages,weakness,opportunities and threats.And the advantage is that Group company's brand and large amount of transportation needs really do M company a lot of benefit.The disadvantage is that M company's organization don't hold talents well and is not capable of prompt communication with Group company or positioning itself accurately,or good insight of business operation.While the opportunity is that the shipping market and foreign trade market are welcoming the logistics,the challenge is that great competitor is carrying on technical improvement and boosting new ways of international transportation.Through information above,we deduct strategies for M company international logistics business to consider,specifically is quality strategy,core technology development strategy and centralization strategy.The creativity of this article is that M company has the background of logistics running for decades.It has the business operation of Group' s foreign trading goods,and it just start to run international freight forwarder business.Based on features above,we choose the strategies.M company international logistics business is based on group's goods and now it has gone through the freight forwarder stage,which is about to become a comprehensive international transportation service provider.In this research,it also mentioned the new trend of logistic industry development,and the strategy choosing process has also given indications for freight forwarder companies.
