In recent years,due to a number of factors such as international crude oil prices slump,weak global economic recovery and the relative surplus of crude oil production,the prices of is very competitive.At the same time,the increase competition in the domestic oil sales market while oil demand continues remains low,it creates a huge impact on the traditional business model.The rise in ecommerce creates unprecedented operating pressures for domestic refined oil sales enterprises.Refined oil sales market has entered the era of meager profit.As the core business of the refined oil business,gas station market is the key and guaranteed profit.The thesis introduces the practical problems and puzzles faced by P company in the era of "big data" and "Internet+",the standardization of basic data is realized by using data standardization technology,and make full use of big data technology to build a platform for precision marketing to help the enterprises increasing its sales,also to achieve the transition from "big data" to "big insight".
